Red Hat Senior Concierge, LLC has immediate openings for the following positions:

Concierge Specialist - At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service oriented industry. Responsible for running a variety of errands to include but not limited to postal pick-up, cleaners, medication pick-up and reminders, providing sitter services during hospital stays to prevent falls, companionship by engaging in conversation, active listening and other activities assigned. 


Ability to lift, bend, twist, reach and squat with a minimum of 25 pounds.

Two professional references required. Background and driving record conducted. Must have reliable transportation with current license and registration required before and during employment.

Non-paid Experiential Internship – We have an exciting internship opportunity for a college student interested in SW, Case Management, Geriatric Care, or Health Administration. You will work closely with the Red Hat Senior Concierge management team and advisors to create strategic operations and growth plans, develop policies and procedures, conduct new employee orientation, and assist in creating a Quality program.

The student must attend an accredited College or University in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia during the school semester and be a resident of DC, MD or Virginia with reliable transportation or access to the metro during internship assignment.

A work portfolio, references, and resume’ assistance will be given upon successful completion of the internship. The Intern will report directly to the President and CCO, Dr. Jeronica Goodwin. Application for academic credit may be possible depending on the policy of each school. 

Students must be able to dedicate 5-10 hours per week during the semester or summer if selected. Internships are available during January – May, June-August, and September – December of each year. Students are expected to complete projects on time and be on time for meetings and video conferences. A strong work ethic is required. Only serious students should apply.
